My educational philosophy is simple. All education has to be appealing, engaging, useful, and impactful, and needs to be created with the who, what, why, and how in mind.

As an ID, my focus is on ADDIE or SAM, or both.

As a course developer, I strive for simplicity, solid content delivery and learner engagment. I want my courses to be interactive, applicable, memorable and to drive the learner behaviour change needed.
